THRIVE IS the recovery and healing Ministry of The Orchard Church in Tupelo, MS.

We are junkies and ex-cons, teachers and construction workers, on drug court and getting out of treatment.  We are people you see in the grocery line or at your a park.  We are moms and dads, husbands and wives, some divorced and some still holding on.  And yet, with all of the things you could say that make us different, we are all just one beggar sharing with another beggar where to find bread.

Beyond our addictions, wounds, and walls, we have living problems galore.  We are recovering atheists, agnostics, and religious fundamentalists.  If you haven't figured it out yet, we are learning how to be okay with being not okay.  And yet, by the grace of God, we are moving out of denial and into reality, out of resentment and into forgiveness, out of our dis-ease and into awakening!

Our vision is simple, to THRIVE!

Thrive is our aim, our goal, our destination.  But more than this, thrive is a process, a journey.  We know we didn't get here we are over night so we won't change over night either.  However, it has to start somewhere and it has to start some time.  May it start now!

Our recovery journey needs more than a vision, it needs a mission, a plan of action.  Our mission is to reach, recover, and release more and more people who find themselves trapped in living problems and help them find the Loving Solution.

“Those who trust in their riches will fall,
but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.”
— Proverbs 11:28
